Health Assured - EAP (Telephone Counselling Only ) Academy Schools 2024/25
A 24 hour helpline from Health Assured to support you through any of life’s issues
or problems.
Full telephone support. Your call will be handled by an experienced therapist or advisor, who will offer support in a friendly, non-judgemental manner. This package includes;
- Comprehensive telephone helplines available 24/7, 365 days a year
- Six sessions of structured telephone counselling per person, per issues, per policy year
- Critical Incident Advice (For HR Contacts)
- Commercial Legal Guidance (For HR Contacts)
- Online wellbeing portal - Access to a variety of online wellbeing information and resources including self-help tools, webinars, fact sheets and mini health checks aimed to support your physical and mental health.
- Health e-Hub app - Offers access to holistic health and wellbeing support at the tap of a finger anywhere and anytime.
The following support can be provided if you choose to upgrade to the EAP (Telephone and Face to Face Counselling)
- Six sessions of Face to Face counselling per person per issue including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) where required
Active Care - Day One, Stress Intervention Special terms / discounts for Brokerage
Please note to purchase this package you will need an active Brokerage Service Contract.
